2 cod fillets

2 cups broccoli florets

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Place cod fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with parsley and salt.

Bake for 18–20 minutes until cod is flaky.

Meanwhile, steam broccoli for 5 minutes until tender.

Sprinkle broccoli with garlic powder and serve alongside cod.
